Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Calorie Calculator app account and all associated data, please send an email to:

Important: Please include the following in your request:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your Calorie Calculator account

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account and all personal data from our servers within 30 days.

⚠️ This action is irreversible

Account deletion will permanently remove all your data and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted?

  • Your Google account link (email address and user ID)
  • All AI request logs associated with your account
  • Rate limiting records
  • All logged meals and nutritional data
  • Custom foods and preferences
  • User profile information

Local device data: Please note that data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the app. To completely remove all data, please uninstall the Calorie Calculator app from your device after we confirm your account deletion.

What is NOT Deleted?

  • Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Cached AI responses (these automatically expire within 24 hours anyway)

If you're experiencing issues with the app or have concerns about your data, you may want to consider these alternatives before deleting your account:

  • Temporary break: Simply stop using the app without deleting your account
  • Data export: Contact us to request a copy of your data before deletion
